You may need extra protection from ticks sometimes such as:
You have started Natures Bounty later in the year and you haven`t reached the six weeks it takes for the herbs to be fully effective.
You are walking in a high tick area such as woodland and meadows with a strong deer population.
You might be taking your dogs on holiday and a different environment and be exposed to a different level of ticks than your dog is used to, so needs a little more protection.
Some years, due to having a mild winter followed by a warm and damp spring, can cause the tick population to rapidly rise so extra precaution is needed in certain environments.
We don’t use any harsh chemicals in our spray, only soothing witch hazel, deionised water, vegetable glycerine and these specially selected essential oils:
Lavender
Rose geranium
Peppermint
Clove bud
Calendula
Clary sage
Cedarwood atlas
Always shake the bottle before use and if treating multiple dogs then shake before each application. This will blend the oils together before spraying.
All the ingredients are human grade so ca be used for your protection too.
Choose from 100ml or 250ml bottle. The 100ml bottle is perfect for a day out with the dog and easily fits into a coat pocket or rucksack.
If you dog is reactive to a spray then apply to a cloth or with the palm of your hand, especially if applying onto the top of the head or underside of neck.
